Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the programme plan, milestones, and schedules for EICR testing.
• Coordinate activity across internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead risk-based prioritisation and recovery strategies for hard-to-access properties.
• Chair weekly progress meetings and report on risks, issues, and decisions.
• Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract award.
• Manage contractor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and improvement plans.
• Ensure accurate financial forecasting and budget control.
• Maintain governance frameworks and compliance documentation.
• Produce dashboards and reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis.
