A recruitment agency is seeking a Business Change Manager for a hybrid role in Milton Keynes. The position involves preparing the business for operational changes and delivering change plans. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in change management within large-scale engineering or operational programmes, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in SharePoint. This contract role is set for 6 months with the opportunity to work remotely.
Region: London and South East, Remote/Home working
Location: Milton Keynes (3 days per week, HQ)
Contract: 6 months (Inside IR35)
Clearance: BPSS
Start: ASAP
