Are you an experienced Continuous Improvement professional looking for a role where your ideas stick, your data drives decisions and your impact is visible?

This is a high-profile opportunity to act as a subject-matter expert for Continuous Improvement within a well-established, forward-thinking manufacturing organisation.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Manufacturing Design Engineering Manager, you'll take ownership of process optimisation and continuous improvement activity across manufacturing operations.

You’ll combine Lean and continuous improvement methodologies with strong process engineering fundamentals to improve flow, efficiency, quality and throughput, working cross-functionally with production, engineering and quality teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen tools
  • Analysing and improving manufacturing processes, layouts and material flow
  • Driving improvements in productivity, quality, throughput and OEE
  • Using KPI and performance data to identify root causes and prioritise improvement activity
  • Supporting standardisation and best-practice manufacturing processes
  • Acting as a technical authority, coaching teams in problem-solving and new ways of working
