Our efficient, committed Commercial Operations team builds partnerships to get the right product to the right place at the right time. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvements within the organization. This role involves a combination of data analysis, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, quality, and overall performance. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, process mapping, SOPs and KPI documentation, root cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and leading improvement projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. You will monitor progress, communicate findings to stakeholders, support training and change management, and continuously assess the impact of changes.
