Contentious Trusts & Probate Associate. 3 pqe +

Greenwich, London with hybrid working

This London firm has an exciting opening for a Contentious Trusts & Probate lawyer to join their team.

The firm has two offices, and well‑established client base it has been serving for many years. They have a strong reputation in Private Client work - both contentious and non‑contentious.

You will be working closely with a well known Partner advising clients on a broad range of matters including all types of inheritance disputes including applications contesting the validity of wills, applications to remove Executors, claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975 and the rectification of Wills and breach of trust claims as well as contentious Court of Protection applications.

There is a clear opportunity within the team to progress quickly, with close support and a friendly, flexible and team orientated culture.
