Job description

We're looking for a Senior Content Writer to play a critical role in Avayler's next phase of growth. This role will take ownership of our website and core content, clearly articulating who we are, what our product does, and the challenges we solve for customers. Content will be a continually evolving asset, and you'll be central to shaping how our brand and value proposition show up in the market.

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering a content strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation and conversion. This is a hands‑on role combining strategy and execution, producing high‑quality, product‑led content while using SEO, keyword insight and performance data to continuously optimise, improve, and make an impact. Measuring what works, refining messaging and driving results will be the key to your success, ensuring that your content is reaching the intended audience and producing tangible results.

This is an exciting time to join Avayler as we scale rapidly across Europe and the US. You'll be part of a growing, supportive team where no job is too big or too small. If you thrive in a fast‑paced SaaS environment, enjoy variety, and want to see your work have a tangible impact for customers worldwide, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver the end‑to‑end content strategy, aligned to brand awareness, lead generation and conversion goals
  • Lead the ongoing development of website content, clearly communicating product value, customer challenges and Avayler's proposition
  • Produce high‑quality, product‑led content including blogs, landing pages, campaigns, whitepapers, case studies and website copy
  • Create and manage an annual and quarterly content calendar, including campaigns and always‑on content
  • Apply SEO best practice, keyword research and optimisation to improve visibility and organic performance
  • Measure and report on content performance, using data and insight to continually optimise results
  • Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to identify content gaps and translate customer needs into compelling messaging
  • Ensure consistency of tone, style and messaging across all channels and territories
  • Support brand awareness and PR activity through press releases, media content and thought leadership
  • Operate confidently in a fast‑paced SaaS environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a senior or lead content writer within a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Strong portfolio of content examples demonstrating product marketing, lead generation and brand storytelling
  • Confident developing content strategy while remaining highly hands‑on in content creation
  • Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research and how content drives organic performance
  • Comfortable measuring success through data, analytics and performance metrics
  • Able to translate complex products and features into clear, compelling customer‑focused messaging
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace
  • Self‑starter mindset with the confidence to take ownership, make decisions and challenge ideas when needed
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment with evolving priorities
  • Collaborative and adaptable, working closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to drive impact
