Rate: £34.62 per hour (Inside IR35)
Hours: 40 hour per week (Remote)
We’re looking for a content expert to support the Help Centre content team (maternity cover). This role is specifically focused on providing scaled help and support content for Client’s enterprise product suite used by companies and work customers. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in digital content management, content strategy, project management, and data-informed decision making. Responsibilities: collaborate with product, marketing, operations and legal teams to create content for product launches; explain complicated product and policy concepts in simple, jargon-free language using Client’s voice; manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight, frequently changing deadlines; undertake hands‑on research to obtain often technical content from subject matter experts and engineers, translating it into clear, concise, structured documentation.
3+ years of professional writing experience (especially within help and support content, editorial quality assurance, online operations at a tech company, technical writing).
