Role Overview

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role involves designing and refining creative text inputs (prompts) to test and push the boundaries of AI capabilities. Unlike a technical coding role, this position relies on linguistic creativity, logic, and experimentation to elicit the best possible responses from AI models across various creative, conversational, and complex reasoning scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft diverse and creative prompts to test specific AI capabilities, including creative writing, role-playing, and complex reasoning.
• Iteratively refine and "engineer" natural language prompts to achieve specific output goals, optimizing for tone, style, and accuracy.
• Conduct stress testing and edge‑case analysis to identify where the AI fails to follow complex instructions or safety guidelines.
• Analyze AI outputs to determine how subtle changes in prompt structure or phrasing affect the quality of the response.
• Document successful prompting strategies and contribute to a library of effective prompt templates and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits
