Our Marketing Team is the engine behind the energy, driving bold campaigns, unforgettable fan experiences, and a global brand presence across all our functions. We are on the lookout for a Content Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environment and take pride in delivering high levels of service to our fantastic Content team.

Purpose

You will support the Senior Content Manager in ideating, planning, producing and delivering content capable of driving reach and engagement on our managed channels, and acquisition and retention on our owned channels.

Accountabilities
  • Work with the Senior Content Manager to define and deliver on a best-in-class content strategy that fulfils and services the wider marketing department needs and goals.
  • With a focus on partner content and mid/long-form content, provide input to the ideation and execution of the Teams key content series, as well as the delivery of contractual partner content assets.
  • Take the lead on assigned content projects, inputting from concept stage through to delivery with content production partners or freelancers, ensuring the content delivers on the demands of the Content & Social Team, the Fan Engagement team, the wider Communications & Brand Team and our Partner Management Team.
  • Ideate and deliver specific content strands to serve relevant channels and stakeholders. Identify new and emerging content formats and series, ensuring we are early adopters and leaders in storytelling.
  • Work closely with the Social Programming Manager and Website Programming Manager to ensure content is readily available and delivered with ORBR & Partner Channel output and fan engagement best practice in mind .
  • Develop, expand and communicate our branded content offering, with new social and digital assets and opportunities to meet the growing demand from Team partners and prospects.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of the delivery and management of content across the marketing team, with a focus of ensuring content that is produced is readily available to optimise its reach and viewership.
  • Aide the wider Production team in insuring all correct legal paperwork is provided and ingested with any content developed and delivered.
  • Ensure our Team Content is correctly distributed within the Team and across the Red Bull Media network to enhance our reach and content impact within the brand.
  • Ensure all content is planned and logged within Team Airtable planning calendar and integrated within Red Bull Media Network’s ‘Media Planet’ for global and market visibility to aid the amplification and impact of our content across the brand.
  • Work with the RBMH Content Management to ensure developed content is ingested and delivered to the Red Bull Media Management tool, delivered to the formats and guidelines provided by RBMH.
Essential Competencies
  • Demonstrable understanding of key content trends, branded content and success metrics
  • Content expertise and a deep knowledge of specific channel best practice and insight.
  • Great planning and organisation skills are essential
  • Working understanding of content management and planning tools
  • Competency on social media management publishing and community management tools.
