A global education leader is seeking a proactive Content Executive to enhance the digital presence of its schools. This role requires maintaining website accuracy and engagement across multiple WordPress sites, optimizing content for SEO, and collaborating with marketing teams. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, exceptional written English, and experience in a CMS environment. The position is full-time, hybrid, requiring three days a week in Central London and offers a competitive salary along with several benefits.

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Content Executive to maintain and enhance the digital presence of Cognita’s schools across Europe and the US. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring all school websites are accurate, engaging, on‑brand, and optimised for both search performance and user experience. Working closely with the Digital Experience and Content Manager, you will manage day‑to‑day updates across multiple WordPress sites, optimise content for SEO, and monitor website performance using analytics tools. You will ensure that all content meets brand, accessibility, and safeguarding standards while collaborating with marketing teams, IT, and external partners to resolve issues and deliver new content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital content, eager to support continuous improvement, and keen to contribute ideas that enhance the digital experience within a collaborative, multi‑site environment. This is a Permanent, full‑time position. Hybrid role working 3 days a week in our Central London Office.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and exceptional written English with confident proofreading ability. They should be comfortable working with website CMS platforms, preferably WordPress, and have a basic understanding of SEO principles alongside familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics. With the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines effectively, they will be a collaborative team player with strong communication skills. The candidate will be educated to degree level, or possess equivalent experience, in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and will have experience managing or maintaining content within a CMS environment. Exposure to web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing projects is highly desirable, as is a proven ability to deliver consistent, accurate, and engaging online content – particularly within a multi‑site organisation.
