Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Creator & Producer; a dual-role creative who can bring ideas to life and run the production process from start to finish.

As a creator, you’ll shoot, edit, and craft high-quality content that captures the OMNES aesthetic and helps tells our brand story.

As a producer, you’ll manage shoots, schedules, budgets, and logistics (with the support of the wider Marketing & Creative Team) ensuring every piece of content is delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

Creative Content Creation

• Collaborate with the Art Director to develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, lookbooks, e-commerce, and social media.
• Capture and edit still and video content in line with OMNES’ style guidelines.
• Write short-form copy for captions and support ideation for campaign copy

Production Management

• Plan and manage the entire production process for fashion shoots and content projects.
• Source and coordinate models, crew, stylists, and locations.
• Maintain production schedules and budgets, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Oversee post-production and final asset handover.

Brand Alignment & Platform Optimisation

• Ensure all content aligns with OMNES’ sustainability values and visual identity.
• Adapt assets for multiple platforms — Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, website, and email.
• Monitor trends in fashion, content creation, and sustainability for creative inspiration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ideally in a fashion content creation and/or production role.
• Proficient in both still and video content production, including lighting and editing.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) or equivalent.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Experience producing e-commerce and campaign content for fashion brands.
• Passion for sustainable fashion and visual storytelling.
