A recruitment agency in Stockport is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor to provide empathetic support to customers in need of financial assistance. This role includes handling calls, live chat, and emails, focusing on genuine customer care rather than targets. Basic salary £23,100 + monthly bonuses = £25,000

Your duties are simple... deal with calls, provide support on affordability, cover a full financial check with customers, flag those who need extra assistance, and discuss options via direct debits and payments.
You'll be happy to know our sole focus is on helping customers rather than working on targets, which gives you total freedom on your calls to assist in a time frame that's right for your customers.
You'll answer 30 calls per day, live chat enquiries, social media messages and emails.
As this is based in a contact centre environment we are looking for individuals who have at least 1 year's worth of contact centre or telephone based experience. This is a MUST for the role, without this you will not be considered.
