A leading global professional services firm in London is seeking a Pensions Tax Consultant to join their expanding Employment Tax team. The role involves advising clients on UK and international pension tax issues, providing bespoke technical advice, and working collaboratively with a diverse team. The Employment Tax Pensions team is an integral, rapidly growing part of Deloitte’s wider Employment Taxes practice, with an impressive reputation in the market and a broad client base that includes public sector organisations, major international banks, FTSE 100 and private companies, pension trustees and high net worth individuals.

We are looking for consultants to join our team and support our work in advising clients on a broad range of UK and overseas tax issues. You will be exposed to a wide variety of UK taxes (including income tax, social security, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and withholding taxes) as well as supporting clients in implementing best practice risk, operational and governance structures in the domestic and international arena.

This role is diverse, providing you with experience of advising a broad range of clients on highly specialist, pensions, tax, design, risk, governance and operational matters. You would be an integral member of the client teams, encouraged from an early stage to create and enhance your own client relationships and develop more junior team members.You will benefit from the full support of the senior team, comprising one partner, one director and four associate directors, all focused on your development and progression within the team. You will have the fantastic opportunity of working directly with this senior team to develop your own talents whilst working closely with an amazing client base.
