A regional health trust in King's Lynn is seeking an enthusiastic consultant to deliver high-quality obstetric and gynaecological care. Candidates should have experience in general obstetrics and a special interest in Gynae-Oncology. The role involves service improvement, emergency cover, and supervision of junior staff. The post is based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital site with provision of out-reach clinics. To ensure the continued delivery of high-quality Obstetric and Gynaecological care to patients within the Trust and community, enthusiastic candidates with experience in general obstetrics and gynecology with special interest in Gynae-Oncology are welcomed to join the existing team of consultants and complement the existing service provision in general gynaecology and obstetrics services.
A range of general and specialist obstetrics and gynaecological services are offered led by the consultants and supported by doctors, nurses, and midwives. These include urogynaecology, gynae-oncology, ambulatory (out-patient) gynaecology, early pregnancy assessment, colposcopy, high risk obstetrics and intrapartum care.
