The post holder will be involved in twice weekly MDT meetings for our 30 "bed" virtual frailty ward and assessment of patients at risk of admission via our 'hot clinics' to ensure high quality care is delivered in the right place.

The Trust is one of a small number of hospitals nationally confirmed to be in an early phase of the national New Hospital Build Programme. This will result in the acute hospital on the Leighton site being completely rebuilt and operational by 2031, providing fantastic opportunities for development and transformation of elective and acute surgical services at MCHFT.
