This organisation is known for genuinely supporting industry professionals as they transition into education. They offer full teacher training, funded qualifications, structured mentoring and clear progression routes. With strong facilities, modern equipment and close links to industry, they provide a supportive team environment where staff build long-term careers rather than short-term roles.

Alongside your teaching duties, you will receive full teacher training and work towards recognised teaching qualifications, with full support & CPD provided. You will also be assigned an experienced mentor from day one, helping you get up to speed so you can build confidence and develop your skills as an educator. You will coach, mentor and support students, helping them succeed in their studies.

You may have worked as a Site Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor or in a similar role. Previous teaching experience is not required, as full training and qualifications are provided.

This opportunity would suit a construction professional who wants to step away from site work, use their industry knowledge in a more people-focused role, teach the next generation and build a secure long-term career with excellent benefits and progression.
