Construction Supervisor (Highways) needed in Northallerton, £22.02ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1659740

Hands-on Construction Supervisor to support the delivery of planned maintenance projects across a diverse estate of public and commercial properties.

This role involves working on site across North Yorkshire supervising multi-trade teams, ensuring health and safety compliance, and overseeing project delivery to high standards, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day construction and highways maintenance activities
  • Manage site documentation, resources, and contractor liaison
  • Lead Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Line manage operatives and support their development
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
