CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR - BIRMINGHAM - An exciting opportunity in non-contentious construction at a super commercial firm.

Construction Solicitor 2+PQE - We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a sound grounding of experience in non-contentious Construction matters to join a Leading commercial law firm.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Partner and run your own caseload within a successful and growing team.
• Develop a niche expertise within the Commercial team with real potential for career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years (2+ PQE) of good quality experience in non-contentious Construction matters, in fields such as Retail, Leisure, Property Development and Social Housing.
• Fully familiar with construction contracts such as the JCT and NEC.
• Knowledge of MFI and FIDIC contracts would be beneficial but not essential.
