Overview

Our client is London-based interiors and fit-out company that specialises in high-quality, detailed work, including office fit-outs, refurbishments, and commercial strip-out and fit-out services for retail and other spaces.

They have a new project based in Maidstone, Kent which is due to start on 17/10/25.

The project consists of some general builders works on an existing bank.

Scope

• Roof repairs, repointing, strip-out, structural timber repairs

Project details

Project duration is 7 weeks. Monday – Friday with the potential of weekend work.

Rate £250 - £300 per day, depending upon experience.

Skills & Requirements

• Valid Management CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Previous experience as a Site Manager on a similar project
• Experience within the areas listed above
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge/experience working with the client and sub contractors – working in collaboration
• Commercial knowledge
• Working References – Essential
• Strong work ethic
