The Role

As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our construction desk. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to establish the division and drive its growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and growing a client base within construction – Leveraging existing engineering-sector relationships to cross‑sell and expand into new markets
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities – Managing the 360 recruitment cycle across trades, labour, technical, and professional roles
