Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution, working closely with senior management and acting as the main point of contact for clients. The role involves managing refurbishments with quick turnarounds for new store openings.

This position requires technical expertise, particularly in heavy-duty retail projects on a large scale, within the retail sector.

The company is a Spanish firm delivering retail design projects across the UK and Ireland for European brands. Candidates must have experience in construction projects within the retail sector.

Necessary qualifications include occupational health and safety training in line with CSCS standards, proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and editing plans, and knowledge of BIM is a plus.

Strong language skills in Spanish or Portuguese are required.

The role involves managing budgets, coordinating with technical departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time with high client satisfaction.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation costs will be covered when working on-site for large, ongoing projects.
