An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Project Manager who has extensive experience in the maintenance and construction field to join us to lead on a project.

We are a progressive provider with a clear vision, strong leadership, and ambitious growth plans. This would be a great move for someone with drive and passion – you could have considerable experience as a Foreman or currently work in a similar role specializing in construction.

We are looking for a strong leader to join our team as a Construction Manager! As our Construction Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the planning and completion of our construction projects by working closely with laborers, contractors, and supervisors.

  • Oversee and direct the work of the local lower-level assistant managers and labor force.
  • Carefully review construction plans and create a competitive schedule for the project.
  • Oversee and manage other construction managers and supervisors as assigned.
  • Ensure that all the needed materials, workers, and equipment are ready to work.
  • Pay close attention that all job sites are in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and construction workers to ensure that the construction tasks are completed on time and in the necessary order.
  • Track inventory.
  • Prepare and manage all reports needed for the completion of a project.
  • Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used during construction.
