Our central London projects include 9 Millbank, West End Gate and Trillium in Marylebone, Oval Village, and Parkside at Chelsea Bridge. The Outer London projects include Eden Grove in Staines and The Exchange Watford, Syon Lane in Osterley and North Street in Guildford.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Lead will directly manage the build, commercial and technical leads and the successful delivery of the project. The role is part of the Berkeley St Edward Syon Lane Master Plan Project. The Project Lead is responsible for all elements of production (build, commercial, technical, quality, health & safety) and successfully delivering the project from start to finish. You will oversee the submission of Gateway 2 and 3 applications, drive the creation of comprehensive delivery plans across all disciplines, and ensure projects are executed to the highest quality, safety, and sustainability standards.   • Leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver against programme, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Monitoring and developing the Master Development Programme, integrating planning, production, and sales.
  • Providing clear, insightful project updates to the Board, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, statutory authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring effective financial control, value engineering, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Championing Health & Safety, Sustainability, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience on project completion.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • SMSTS and CSCS qualified.
  • Leading large scale projects for a leading property developer with proven ability to lead multi-disciplined teams from project inception to completion, including commercial, technical and build
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and implementation
  • Knowledge of Design process and technical standards/legislation
  • Thorough understanding of Quality Control Process and Quality Assurance.
  • Chartered member of appropriate body.

This role would suit an experienced Senior Project Manager / Lead or a Senior Construction Manager with knowledge of technical and commercial, looking to progress their career.
