The Project Lead will directly manage the build, commercial and technical leads and the successful delivery of the project. The role is part of the Berkeley St Edward Syon Lane Master Plan Project. The Project Lead is responsible for all elements of production (build, commercial, technical, quality, health & safety) and successfully delivering the project from start to finish. You will oversee the submission of Gateway 2 and 3 applications, drive the creation of comprehensive delivery plans across all disciplines, and ensure projects are executed to the highest quality, safety, and sustainability standards. This role would suit an experienced Senior Project Manager / Lead or a Senior Construction Manager with knowledge of technical and commercial, looking to progress their career.
