A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Birmingham to oversee and manage various building projects. You will be part of a small, dedicated Construction Team contributing to the improvement and development of the NHSBT Estate, delivering quality solutions providing a safe working environment for colleagues. Your work will enable NHSBT to grow and develop the Services they offer by providing suitable facilities to attain strategic objectives. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external on individual projects using your influencing skills to achieve the desired results. Note: This role will operate across the Northeast and Northwest regions, and applications are invited from candidates based within these areas of the UK. The role offers a hybrid working option. You will be assigned a base location, which may be one of the NHSBT main centres or blood centres. The exact location will be confirmed following the final interview and mutually agreed with the line manager at the verbal offer stage.

You will be required to travel and spend time away from base, which will involve working irregular hours and overnight stays when required, with prior notice.
