Qualifications

• Must have experience with new build projects in Education, Healthcare, High Rise, or Commercial sectors.
• MCIOB certification is desirable.
• Experience with NEC contracts is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to managing bid and project planning.
• Assist in preparing method statements for projects.
• Manage and maintain various project programmes.
• Monitor progress and produce timely reports.
• Implement risk and opportunity management plans.
• Prepare site organisation and logistics plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Experience on live construction projects
