A facility management company in Northern Ireland is seeking a candidate for a permanent full-time role. Responsibilities include delivering response maintenance repairs, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high customer service standards. Candidates must have at least 2 years of construction experience and hold a CSR Card. A full driving license is also required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
This is a permanent full-time, Northern Ireland based role. Operating within a fast-paced environment this role is responsible for delivering response maintenance repairs, ensuring repair requests are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively whilst delivering a first-class service to our customer. This role will focus on the provision of Response Repair Services and Void Works, to include fencing, concreting, demolition and general minor build works.
