Job Opportunity: Construction Multi-Skills Lecturer

Pay Rate: £40 Per Hour

Location: Thurrock, Essex

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Construction Multi-Skills Lecturer to join our teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of construction professionals by sharing your knowledge, skills, and industry experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across a range of construction disciplines (e.g. bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating).
• Support learners in developing both practical trade skills and underpinning knowledge.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons, ensuring learners are ready for industry or progression routes.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support learner success.
• Contribute to curriculum development and promote high standards of health & safety in workshops.

Essential Skills & Experience

• A strong background in the construction industry with multi-trade experience.
• Relevant qualifications (trade, vocational, or teaching) - or willingness to work towards a teaching qualification.
• Passion for training, mentoring, and supporting learners of all abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
