A leading construction consulting firm is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee building projects across Norfolk. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. • Proven experience in a Construction Manager role within building or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of site management, construction processes and sequencing.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Plan, organise and coordinate site operations in line with project programmes.
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, site instructions and inspections.
• Drive quality standards on site, proactively addressing any non-conforming works.
