Job description

We’re hiring an experienced Construction Manager civil focus to lead a Pipeline Integrity Improvement project at Wytch Farm.

This is a hands‑on role overseeing civil excavations, HDD work, steel line pulls, flexible pipe installation and mechanical pipework activities across site.

You’ll be the one making sure the work is carried out safely, to schedule, to spec, and in full alignment with our clients QHSE policies.

You’ll be embedded in the project team and will lead day‑to‑day construction coordination, contractor management and interface with all key stakeholders.

If you’re someone who runs a site well, keeps things moving and doesn’t shy away from ownership – then this is very much your thing.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and coordinating all on‑site construction activities.
  • Running construction progress / coordination meetings.
  • Supervising and managing multiple contractors.
  • Ensuring work is delivered on time and hits major milestones.
  • Supporting Management of Change processes.
  • Participating in PHSSERs, Constructability Reviews, HAZIDs etc.
  • Reviewing work packs, method statements and lifting plans.
  • Ensuring all permits, controls, and safety processes are followed.
  • Managing materials, reporting progress and validating man‑hours.
  • Ensuring mechanical completion and handover documentation is closed out properly.
