Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day finances ensuring efficient operations.
• Oversee all payments (incoming & outgoing).
• Manage finance inbox and resolve queries promptly.
• Chase overdue payments and maintain records.
• Administer payroll and ensure compliance.
• Manage purchase orders and issue invoices.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Produce financial reports for senior management.
• Ensure VAT, CIS, HMRC, and statutory obligations are met.
