Qualifications

• Strong understanding of FE and Apprenticeship Standards.
• Level 3+ vocational qualification and Assessor Award (TAQA/A1).

• Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve).

About the Role

You will lead the delivery of construction apprenticeship programmes across Rotherham and Dearne Valley campuses, ensuring high‑quality training, strong learner progress, and excellent employer alignment. The role involves day‑to‑day leadership of assessors and tutors, quality assurance, and curriculum development.
