You’ll advise property developers, contractors, funders, purchasers, tenants, public sector clients, and major corporates on high-value, high-profile construction and engineering projects across all sectors.

Their clients include leading developers, funders, contractors, public sector bodies, and major corporates.

The team acts for developers, contractors, and institutional investors on complex projects in sectors such as:

  • Logistics and e‑fulfilment
  • Housing and regeneration
  • Infrastructure and energy
  • Healthcare, pharma, and life sciences
  • Retail, leisure, and hospitality
About You

You will be:

  • A qualified solicitor (NQ‑3 PQE)
  • Experienced in construction law
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable dealing with clients under supervision
  • Calm under pressure and highly organised
You will have:
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
