Qualifications

• Experience of high-quality assessing/teaching within apprenticeships and ideally in construction.
• Ability to coordinate and lead a team on program design and delivery.
• Understanding of quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apprenticeship provision for construction apprentices.
• Ensure apprentices receive high-quality service.
• Line manage staff within the area.
• Lead the quality assurance process for subject specialism.
• Champion innovation in curriculum design aligned with employer needs.

Skills

Experience in assessing/teaching within apprenticeships

Understanding of FE and Apprenticeship Standards

Leadership and management skills

Education

Level 3 or above in a vocationally relevant subject

Assessor's award (TAQA/A1)

Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
