What we are looking for:
  • Excellent knowledge of government regulations, funding rules, and sector-specific apprenticeship standards.
  • Familiar with the ever‑changing Apprenticeship standards within the Construction industry and have experience of supporting assessors in the implementation and development of these.
  • Excellent administrative skills and the ability to ensure compliance to both college and funding procedures.
  • Excellent communications skills with apprentices, employers, lecturers, and internal teams.
Duties/responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of apprenticeship programs.
  • Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and organisational policies.
  • Ensure that your assessors deliver high quality reviews and assessments that promote and assure Nescot core values to protect and enhance the College's reputation.
  • Monitor construction apprentices progress and ensure timely completion of qualifications.
  • Working with the College Apprenticeship team to conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards.
