Worcestershire County Council is seeking a Team Manager to lead our internal Connect to Work Delivery team. This is a key leadership role, managing a team of Employability Specialists who support young adults aged 16–24 facing complex barriers to employment. You will oversee the effective delivery of personalised, 1:1 support, ensuring caseloads are managed efficiently and that high-quality outcomes are achieved.
We are looking for someone with experience in team management or service delivery leadership, ideally within employability, skills, youth, or community services.
