Salary £45,944 - £51,741 depending on skills, experience and location.
10% annual bonus potential with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with service, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates.
Permanent, Full time.
This is a remote role with travel as required, to include quarterly meetings in London and occasional stakeholder meetings around the UK.
We're looking for a Confidential Reporting Manager to join our Security & Business Resilience team, part of the wider Legal & Compliance function. This is a critical role that helps protect our people, our business, and our reputation.
You’ll work primarily in our Transactions and Disclosures Team and be part of the Confidential Reporting function. Liaising with law enforcement and public authorities, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding trust and compliance across the organisation.
Please note: The successful candidate will be required to attain Security Clearance to SC level.
The next stage of the selection process will be a face-to-face/virtual interview consisting of competency-based and role-specific questions.
