Overview

Are you keen to be part of an events team and help create memorable experiences? We are recruiting for a Conference Porter to join our team at De Vere Wokefield Estate in Reading working in BMW Training Academy. As an Conference Porter you will help with setting up and clearing down all our event spaces for BMW Academy conferences making sure every detail is considered. You will also support with the event service helping to ensure our guests have a great experience and that memorable moments are created. This is a Full Time role that involves working a variety of shifts Monday to Friday working 35 hours between 7am and 10.30pm.

Qualifications

• A keen eye for detail to ensure that every event is set up to perfection
• Motivated by delivering high standards of service to ensure each guest has a memorable experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with enthusiasm
• Confident team player who enjoys working with others and interacting with people
• Experience in a similar role or events-related role is preferred but not essential; full training can be provided
