Composite Laminator

Crosby Composites is a leading carbon fibre manufacturer specializing in high-end, luxury automotive and Formula 1 applications. Established in 1982, we bring nearly 40 years of innovation in this field. With IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 accreditations, we support our customers with the highest industry standards.

We are passionate about delivering excellence and are expanding our teams across both sites. We offer opportunities for experienced laminators to join our team at the Brackley site. Our Laminating team plays a critical role in maintaining quality standards and supporting production.

This position is on a day shift, Monday to Friday, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We offer competitive pay, a company pension, 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and overtime opportunities during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include:
