Compliance Personal Assistant – Kent
£31,200 + Overtime
The Job:

We are seeking a detail driven and organised Compliance Personal Assistant to support horticultural operations in maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety and assurance. You will play a central role in ensuring compliance with Red Tractor Assurance Scheme requirements, including LEAF and Farming with Nature. This position involves coordinating audits, managing documentation and supporting day to day compliance processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update all Red Tractor and compliance documentation
  • Prepare for internal and external audits
  • Support the implementation of compliance protocols and corrective actions
  • Keep accurate records of staff training, traceability logs, and pesticide usage
  • Liaise with farm management, suppliers, and accreditation bodies
  • Manage appointments, files, and general administrative duties

The Candidate
