Compliance Monitoring Manager

Role Summary

Our Client, a leading independent aerospace overhaul and repair facility, is seeking an experienced Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their Quality team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor organisational activities for compliance with EASA, CAA, FAA, and Part-145 regulations.
  • Manage internal audits, discrepancy reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee authorisations for certifying and support staff, and maintain stamp control systems.
  • Support safety investigations and warranty processes, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive actions.
  • Manage calibration department operations, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, training, and competency frameworks.
Requirements
  • Experience in UK CAA/EASA Part-145 maintenance or airworthiness management.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and compliance processes.
  • Qualifications in engineering or technical discipline, plus auditing and safety training.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
