Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Systems & Compliance Manager to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in managing the company’s QMS document control processes, ISO 9001 and technical accreditations, compliance systems, and overall process compliance for our MEP projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in ISO management, compliance with building safety regulations, and an understanding of the Golden Thread and Building Safety Act requirements.
Additionally, the role will oversee the creation and submission of the O&M (Operations and Maintenance) manual and manage technical submissions.

Key Skills and Competencies:
Proven experience in document control, compliance management, and quality assurance within an MEP or construction environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Golden Thread principles, Building Safety Act regulations, and industry accreditations (NICEIC, Gas Safe, BAFE).
Experience in managing the creation of O&M documentation and technical submissions for clients.
Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Proficiency in document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management software.
Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
Qualifications and Experience ( but not essential):
Degree or relevant qualification in a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, or Business).
Certifications or training in ISO 9001, Health & Safety or Building Safety.
Previous experience in a similar role within the MEP, construction, or facilities management sector is highly .
