Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our global compliance programme. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in UK regulatory compliance, excellent communication skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and external partners. The successful candidate will also bring a solid understanding of compliance technology tools and systems. This is a hybrid opportunity working 2 days a week from our London or Cambridge office.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Operations
  • Drafting, implementing, and maintaining global compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring timely updates to internal controls
  • Conducting internal audits and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate risks
  • Investigating and resolving compliance violations and partner noncompliance issues
  • Assisting in drafting and preparing internal investigation reports
  • Conducting third-party due diligence and risk assessments
  • Supporting the monitoring of the Anti-Bribery and Gifts & Hospitality programme
  • Overseeing daily operations of the global compliance programme
• Working with Stakeholders
  • Acting as a point of contact for the Global Go-to-Market team and Global Partner Organisation (GPO) on compliance matters
  • Providing guidance and training to internal teams
  • Liaising with external regulators, auditors, and partners as needed
• Using Technology & Systems
  • Using compliance technology platforms for monitoring, reporting, and documentation
  • Maintaining and updating compliance databases and registers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field, with solid experience in a compliance role—ideally within a regulated industry
• Strong understanding of the UK Bribery Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Failure to Prevent Fraud legislation
• Hands-on experience with compliance technology tools and systems
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach
• Experience in the software or SaaS industry is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with investigation protocols and reporting standards
• Fluent in Spanish, French, or German is advantageous
