Compliance Lead / Quality Lead (Technical Development)

£35,000 + £45,000 + Technical Development + Progression as Company Grows + Attractive Company Bonus + 30 Days Holiday

Office based role, commutable from Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Bridgewater, Wells, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, and the surrounding areas.

Are you from a Compliance or Quality background within the Manufacturing sector, looking to join a market leading business, that will heavily invest into your technical development and provide the autonomy to build and shape the compliance team, taking the technical lead and leading projects whilst cementing yourself as the go-to expert within the business?

It includes managing documentation, audits, and risk assessments, while maintaining clear communication with customers to keep them informed of any compliance-related updates or changes. You will work closely with the Manufacturing team in a hand on environment and contribute to the company's overall success and reputation.
