Compliance Investigator - Aviation MRO Excellence

Hours : 37.5 per week Contract Type : Full-time Location : Oxford (with travel to sites across the UK) Hybrid 3 days a week on site

Role Overview

The Compliance Investigator plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory and operational compliance within a Helicopter Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO). Based in Oxford, this position is responsible for conducting in-depth investigations into compliance-related issues, identifying root causes, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The role ensures that operational practices align with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Investigations : Conduct thorough investigations into compliance-related incidents, discrepancies, and safety concerns, including MEDA investigations when required.
• Root Cause Analysis : Apply methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and Fault Tree Analysis to uncover underlying issues, including human factors and performance limitations.
