Compliance Coordinator / Administrator

Up to £30k Doncaster DN5

We are looking for a proactive and organised administrator who has enjoyed working within compliance, quality or a highly regulated environment. The Compliance Coordinator will play a key role with duties including:

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating customers legal documentation and ensuring all incoming product is correctly logged and traceable.
  • Communicating with customers to gather essential documentation for compliance.
  • Learning required ISCC Requirements (ISCC – International Sustainability and Carbon Certification), training provided.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records in line with the ISCC requirements.
  • Supporting internal teams (supply chain, operations, compliance) with data and reporting.
  • Assisting with audit preparation and ensuring all evidence is ready and compliant.
  • Helping drive continuous improvement in sustainability and traceability processes.
Qualifications
  • Must have experience from within compliance, quality or regulations.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Energy, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator; able to follow up with customers clearly and professionally.
  • Enthusiastic about sustainability, circular economy or environmental impact.
Benefits

Salary of up to £30k p/a and:

  • Hours: 40 hrs per week, 8.30am – 5pm Mon – Fri.
  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.
  • Pension: Company contributes 7% of earnings into the scheme. For each 1% employee contributes, the Company contributes an additional 0.5%, up to a maximum of 10% company contribution.
