Compliance Auditor (SOX) – Retail (luxury Goods) – Antwerp

My client is a retail distribution group, whose brands include a wide range of high-end luxury labels. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Auditor to join the team, to be based from an associate office in Antwerp.

You will be reporting directly to the Audit Director in Paris. You will mainly be dealing with SOX review and reporting, retail control coordination, and compliance projects support with limited supervision.

Your tasks will include:

  • Monitor compliance in line with regional regulations
  • Test and review internal control of operations and ensure compliance with the group policies and requirements
  • Conduct annual SOX compliance reviews
  • Communicate audit plans with brand management as well as provide suggestions based on the results

The successful applicant will have at least 3 years relevant experience in professional accounting firms or direct from an internal role within a corporate environment. Applicants should have substantial SOX exposure, and a good understanding of both International and local accounting standards. It is imperative that incoming team members are fully operational in business English.

On offer is a generous compensation for the right candidate, including a yearly bonus of up to 15% of basic depending on performance.
