A bit about the job:

You’ll join our Compliance team, working closely with the Compliance Manager and Head of Compliance to keep our business aligned with regulatory requirements. Day‑to‑day, you’ll be responsible for conducting the monthly monitoring, horizon scanning for new regulatory requirements, and supporting with financial crime prevention activities. You’ll also help maintain the regulatory returns timetable, provide guidance to the business on regulatory matters including licensing, and contribute to projects that strengthen our compliance framework. This is a role where your expertise will make a real difference.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of PRA, FCA, and Lloyd’s regulations.
• Previous experience in a compliance role within the insurance sector (Lloyd’s Managing Agency experience preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• A pragmatic, solution‑focused approach to compliance challenges.
