Location - Skelmersdale Head Office

Salary - £27000 plus Benefits

Contract - Full time, Permanent.

Hours of Work – 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday

Overview of the Role

You will be responsible for data collection and lodgement preparation. The role will involve liaising with contractors and site teams to request, collate, and prepare evidence and documentation required for Energy Efficient Measures carried out under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).

In your role as Compliance Administrator, you will collaborate across the business and wider group, to provide administrative support for retrofit-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up to date project documentation, including compliance records, and progress reports.
  • Work closely and liaise with internal departments, project management and site-based teams to collate and produce retrofit documentation.
  • Manage data related to retrofit projects. Maintain databases and spreadsheets to monitor project milestones and key performance indicators.
  • Engage with key supply chain partners to support the effective development and delivery of projects, including the submission/sharing of documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with retrofit standards and grant funding. Assist in preparing necessary documentation for audits and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Act as a point of contact for telephone/email enquiries related to retrofit projects, providing timely and accurate information to customers. Respond to queries professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with other project stakeholders as required.
  • Support colleagues as and when required.
  • To adhere to and always promote Sustainable Energy Services on-going ethos and professionalism.
Experience

Ideal candidates should have 2 years administrative experience.
