Your new firm
Our client is a global insurance law firm currently recruiting a Complex Property Lawyer on a largely home-working basis. The team acts for insurer clients, handling high-value, high-profile, and challenging cases.
The work includes subrogated recovery claims (typically over 250K), defendant public liability property damage claims, and policy coverage work, both advisory and disputes. The team deals with damages caused by fires, floods, storms, water and oil leaks, explosions, and impact damage. Applications are considered nationwide; however, travel to Manchester for meetings may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with at least six months' relevant property insurance experience. You should be technically proficient, capable of analyzing complex legal cases, and confident in client interactions.
