County Carers is a trusted provider of complex care, supporting clients and their families with tailored, compassionate and professional home-based care. We are currently looking for an experienced Complex Night Carer to join our team and support a young adult.

You will be fully supported by our expert management and clinical team, but we are looking for someone with a strong background in complex care.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and managing Scoliosis
• Assisting with night routine
• Working alongside an experienced, committed team
• Providing consistency, compassion, and calm under pressure

Requirements

• Proven experience in complex care.
• Suctioning and Nebuliser expertise is essential
• Experience with PEG
• Experience with Cough assist
• Self-employed with up-to-date insurance and DBS
• Reliable, team-focused, and physically and emotionally resilient
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Training Certificates
